Cadet Water Polo
An introduction to water polo for pupils aged 9-13 years, stages 5 and above. Pupils will learn water polo skills including passing and shooting and they will learn to play mini matches. Players can go on to join a water polo club aged 11.5 years+ and when they can pass their GOLD Challenge Award
Next Level Swim Squad
A squad session for Pupils Stage 6 and above who want to improve technique and build stamina. For ages 9-13 years. Opportunity to achieve distance and challenge awards
Next Level Swim Squad 2
Squad session for pupils 13-18 years old who want to enjoy swimming in a non competitive environment, building stamina, improving technique and enjoying the social element. Should be able to swim a minimum of 400m
Swim Fit
For more accomplished swimmers, our Swim Fit sessions will improve your technique and fitness and help you to reach personal targets in a social environment.
Workouts range from 10 - 120 lengths, depending on ability, and last up to 60 minutes. Sessions providing a mixture of different strokes, speeds and distances using different aids and equipment to encourage a more varied and challenging workout than traditional lane-swimming.
Whether you're looking to improve your fitness, develop stamina and resistance, lose weight, train for an event or return to exercise from injury, Swim Fit provides a tailored, full-body workout to help swimmers reach their own specific goals.
